Information we handle
Account and membership information
When you activate GexTV with Whop, we receive the Whop user identifier, username or display name, product identifier, and membership status needed to confirm access. Whop membership events may include the member's email address; GexTV uses the event to update access and does not persist the email address. Whop processes checkout and payment information; GexTV does not receive or store your card or bank details.
Authentication and installation information
GexTV creates a random installation identifier and uses access and refresh tokens to keep the extension activated. The extension stores its GexTV session locally in Chrome. Our service stores session and authorization records required to validate membership, rotate tokens, enforce page limits, and revoke access after a membership ends.
TradingView chart context
The extension reads the active symbol, selected GexTV expiry view, chart dimensions, visible time range, and current chart price as needed to draw overlays and synchronize a workspace. GexTV sends the symbol and requested GEX category to its service to return the corresponding market levels. Chart ranges, workspace groups, and visual preferences are synchronized locally between your browser tabs and are not used to build a browsing-history profile.
Service, security, and usage information
We process IP addresses for network security and rate limiting. We also measure request counts, active visible pages, requested symbols and categories, response status, latency, and data freshness to operate the service, diagnose failures, plan capacity, and detect abusive account sharing. Operational dashboards use pseudonymized account, session, and target identifiers and do not display raw access tokens, full IP addresses, or raw Whop user identifiers.
Optional data features
If you enable previous-day levels, the extension sends the requested symbol and date directly to Massive using the API key you provide. That key is stored locally in Chrome and is not sent to GexTV. If you enable Reddit market interest, the extension retrieves a public ranked list from ApeWisdom and matches the current symbol locally.
How we use information
We use information only to provide and secure GexTV, verify paid access, deliver the requested market overlays, coordinate enabled chart features, enforce account and visible-page limits, maintain service reliability, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
GexTV does not use user data for credit decisions or lending. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Retention
Local extension settings remain in Chrome until you clear extension data or uninstall GexTV. Session and membership records are kept while needed to provide access and enforce revocation, then expired or deleted according to operational cleanup rules. Pseudonymized operational telemetry is normally retained for 30 days. Webhook delivery records and related security evidence may be retained for up to 90 days. Server security logs are retained for a limited operational period under log-rotation controls.
Security
We use HTTPS, OAuth authorization-code flow with PKCE, short-lived access tokens, rotating refresh tokens, signed webhook verification, access controls, rate limiting, and restricted administrative interfaces. No system can guarantee absolute security, but GexTV is designed to keep authentication secrets and entitlement enforcement on the server rather than embedding service credentials in the extension.

- You can leave optional Massive and Reddit features disabled.
- You can sign out of GexTV to revoke the current extension session.
- You can clear locally stored settings through Chrome or uninstall the extension.
- You can manage or cancel your membership through Whop.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your GexTV membership, contact us through the official GexTV page on Whop. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

GexTV is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
